Year One visit to The Black Country Living Museum

In History Year 1 have been learning all about the differences between life nowadays and life in

Victorian Times as part of our Dimensions theme ‘Royal Patrons’.

We visited The Black Country Living Museum as part of their ‘Little Makers’ programme.

We played with Victorian toys, visited lots of shops and houses, travelled on an old-fashioned bus and even watched a black and white film in an old cinema from many years ago!

Our guides taught us all about sounds we may have heard during Victorian times and we are looking forward to them visiting us at school to continue this.

What a fantastic day full of exciting learning!
