Year One transformed their classroom into a Victorian schoolroom as they have been learning all about life in Victorian times. We all came to school in fantastic costumes and paid a penny for our education… just as children would do 100 years ago! We took part in a handwriting lesson, learned all about school rules and even had a cane and a dunce hat in our classroom. We learned all about Victorian toys and games and even made our very own cup and ball and peg doll. What spectacular little historians we are!
