Unfortunately as the situation becomes more challenging, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to maintain staffing levels, therefore childcare for all Trust schools will take place at Elston Hall Primary School from Thursday 26th March.

Year 5 and 6 were lucky to receive a session from Project Give. Both the girls and the boys learnt more about periods, got interactive with sanitary products and had many opportunities to ask questions. The girls were even lucky enough to receive a free goodie bag. All the children were a credit and were extremely mature. We'd like to thank the ladies for giving up their time and supporting our school with this, as well as donating many products to us.
We had a great time when Paul from the Wolverhampton music school came to visit us. The day started with a fun filled whole school assembly involving singing with actions to match. The children were buzzing with excitement when heading back to class.
Year 4 and 5 were lucky enough to take part in workshops with Paul. Smiles and laughter were in abundance when taking part in a variety of activities including; keeping rhythm, learning pitch, matching melodies, playing instruments and singing songs. Such a fantastic experience.
All of Team Edwards wore their pyjamas and were excited for the children to see the den they had created!
Children also came to school in their pj's and were able to spend time listening to and reading stories in the den - it felt like a giant sleepover!
Throughout the day children enjoyed sharing a book with their friends.
A special World Book Day Menu too!
Children in Year 4 have really enjoyed learning practical bike skills and how to stay safe on the roads.
